摘要
研究不同种类的消泡剂对马尾松KP法蒸煮的影响,优化选择了最佳消泡剂和蒸煮工艺。实验结果表明,优良的消泡剂和合理的添加量对蒸煮质量与得率有较大帮助,并且能减少泡沫的生成,有利于浆料的洗涤和筛选。
The effects of different defoaming agent on mason pine sulfate process pulping were investigated. The better defoaming agent and the better cooking technology were selected. The results indicated that the suitable dosage of good defoaming agent could improve the cooking quality and the yield of pulp, furthermore it could reduce foam producing and contribute to washing and screening.
