Surfactant and Hydrogen Peroxide Reinforced Oxygen Delignification

摘要 为了提高氧脱木素效率,探讨了表面活性剂OB与H2O2单独使用和配合使用时对竹浆氧脱木素的作用。结果表明:表面活性剂OB能明显改善氧脱木素的效果,且当OB用量0.3%、H2O2用量0.5%时,纸浆脱木素率提高19.4个百分点,白度提高10.2%ISO,而黏度下降小。经OQP漂白后,竹浆白度达到82.1%ISO。 In order to improve the efficiency of oxygen delignification, the effect of surfactant OB and hydrogent peroxide on bamboo pulp oxygen delignification were investigated, when OB and hydrogent peroxide were added into bamboo pulp separately and in combination. The results showed that:the effect of oxygen delignification can be improved by surfactant OB, further more when OB dosage 0.3%, H2O2 charge 0.5%, the delignification rate of bamboo pulp can improve 19.4 points of percentage, and the brightness can improve 10.2%ISO, however, the viscosity loss was small. What's more the bamboo pulp's brightness can reach 82.1%ISO afterOQP bleaching.
