以西双版纳职业技术学院为个案,分析边疆少数民族地区高职教育的发展实际,就"边疆高职教育的科学发展"这一论题作理论联系实际的论证,结论是:要实现边疆少数民族地区高职教育的科学发展,必须坚持把发展作为办学第一要务,彰显人在发展中的核心地位,注重发展的全面协调可持续性,把握统筹兼顾的根本方法加快发展。

This paper based on the case of Xishuangbanna Vocational and Technical College carefully analyzes the actual development of higher vocational education in ethnic minorities of frontier, makes a comment on The Scientific Development of Higher Vocational Education in the Frontier by combining theory with practice. So the conclusion is ： To achieve the scientific development of higher education in ethnic minority of frontier areas, we must insist on the development of schools as a top priority, show people the core status in the development, focus on the overall coordination and sustainable development and grasp fundamental methods to speed up development.
