On the Flexible Penetration of Moral Education in Higher Vocational Education

研究德育的柔性渗透是为了适应高职教育的办学理念,以广泛性实现德育培养目标,以渗透性实现德育培养价值的一种途径。它具有目标性、动态性、渗透性和创新性的特点,从四个方面论述了实现德育柔性培养的途经。

The flexible penetration of moral education is to adapt to the education philosophy of higher vocational education. In the case of shortening the college system, it is a way to realize the goal and value of moral training by permeability and universality, for which has targeted, dynamic, and innovative permeability characteristics. In the article, the methods of the realization of flexible training is discussed from four aspects.
