摘要
通过调查分析发现大学生的就业观念、薪酬要求趋于理性,逐渐形成了自我认识的概念,并具备了创业意识;企业对毕业生有了新的要求,希望学生注重学习能力、职业素质的培养及综合素质的提高。高装教育应依托行业,建立一支专兼结合的高素质就业指导师资队伍,加强学生专业岗位知识的学习,导入企业文化,加强学生职业素质的培养,努力探索企业化管理的新型教育管理模式。
Through the investigation of university students' employment concept, rationality tends to pay claims, which has gradually formed the concept of self- awareness and consciousness with the business. And students focus on learning, vocational training quality and comprehensive quality.
