Study on Synthesis of 2,4-dinitrodiphenylamine by the Microwave Irradiation

采用微波加热方法,以2,4-二硝基氟苯为原料合成了2,4-二硝基二苯胺。该反应操作方便,反应速度比常规加热快38倍,反应总收率可达90.5%。合成的目标化合物通过红外光谱和熔点测定分析对其结构进行确证。

Using the way of microwave irradiation, 2,4-dinitrodiphenylamine was prepared by the 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene. The operation of reaction was convenient. The rate was 38 times than conventional heating and the total yield was 90. 5%. The structures of the compound are confirmed by IR and melting test analysis.
