摘要
以椰子油酸和N-甲基牛磺酸钠为原料,经酰氯化和Schotten-Baumann缩合反应合成了椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠。考察了缩合工艺中反应温度、反应时间、投料比、催化剂种类和溶剂用量等对反应的影响,得到了最佳缩合反应工艺。性能分析表明,该产品具有较低的表面张力和临界胶束浓度,发泡性能优于相同进口产品,抗硬水性能良好。
Sodium cocoyl - N - methyl taurate was synthesized from coconut fatty acid and sodium N - methyl taurate through acylation and condensation reactions. The effects of condensationreaction temperature, reaction time, molecular ratio, catalyst type and amount of solvent on the reaction were researched and the optimized conditions were obtained. Performance analysis indicates that the product has low surface tension and low critical micelle concentration. The foaming performance of our product is better than the imported product, and the anti - hard water performance is fine.
