摘要
学生的能力,尤其是就业能力是全球化时代企业最为看重的。培养学生的可雇佣性对大学毕业生的就业具有非常重要的意义。将可雇佣性融入课程是发达国家积极倡导并已得到践行的培养学生可雇佣性的方式。本文介绍和分析了可雇佣性的含义、构成和如何将可雇佣性融入课程,希望对我国高校的就业教育改革有所启发。
Students' employability is especially highlighted by enterprises in the era of globalization. Enhancing employability is of much significance for graduates to find jobs. The strategy of embedding it into curriculum is advocated by British scholars and has been put into practice by some universities. This paper presents and analyzes different viewpoints about the connotation and elements of this term as well as why and how to embed employability into curriculum. In intends to provide some illuminations for domestic universities.
