摘要
自1999年回归以后,澳门就把实施小班化教学作为提高中、小学校教育质量的关键要素。8年来,澳门特区政府采取多种有力措施推进小班化教学。本文对澳门小班教学政策的制定和实施过程、主要实施特点以及存在的问题进行了探讨,特别是对澳门在扩大教育资源和减少班级人数上进行的努力以及目前施行小班教学中存在的问题进行了分析。这对内地正在兴起的小班化教学有借鉴意义。
Since the return to the motherland of China, Macao has put small classes teaching into operation and taken it as a key element to improve the teaching quality. During these eight years many effective measures have been taken for better quality of education. This dissertation probes into the grounds of the related policies and their implementation, the characteristics and the existing problems of the practices. It pays special attention to the analysis of the rewarding efforts that Macao has made in expanding educational resources and reducing class size, and the existing problems of teaching in small classes. This reform in Macao has offered some successful experience for our reference in the rising tendency of teaching in small classes in China's Mainland.
