摘要
目的:探讨影响妇女采取预防骨质疏松症(OP)行为的相关因素,为提高OP健康教育效果提供理论指导。方法:以健康信念模式为理论基础,采用自行设计问卷,OP知识量表、健康信念量表和自我效能量表对190名社区40岁及以上妇女进行调查。结果:收到合格问卷177份,通过非条件Logistic回归分析得出,绝经与否,是否学过OP知识,感知到的钙益处及钙障碍是影响饮食习惯的主要因素(P<0.05);而感知到的运动障碍是唯一影响运动的因素(P<0.01)。结论:针对女性的OP健康教育人群需要进一步扩大;为患有慢性病的妇女制定安全、有效的运动计划是该病预防工作中急需解决的新问题。
Objective： To provide theoretical directions for preventing primary osteoporosis by disseussing the related factors of osteoporosis preventative behaviors in women. Methods：190 eummunity women （≥40 years ） were involved in this study.Questionnaires include subjects＇ demographic information, Osteoporosis Health Belief Scale,Knowledge Scale and Self-Efficacy Scale were used. Results：177 valid questionnaires were collected. By Logistic analysis,factors related to dietry habit were premenopause/ postmenopause, experience of learning OP, perceived benefits and barriers to calcium （P〈0.05）; whereas unique factor related to exercise was barriers to exercise（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Health education for women on OP should be enhanced; reasonable and effective exercise plan is necessary for women with chronic disease.
