改革开放推动我国教育技术迅猛发展

Rapid Development of Educational Technology in China Promoted by Reform and Opening-up

改革开放30年,我国教育技术取得了辉煌成果,教育技术学科专业建立了具有中国特色的人才培养体系;初步形成了多元化的教育技术学理论体系;现代教育技术实验研究向整体、综合、广泛和纵深发展;制定了《中小学教师教育技术能力标准(试行)》,促进教师专业能力发展;基本完成了农村中小学现代远程教育工程,不断提高农村的教育质量和效益;积极开展中小学教师远程培训,推动教师教育创新;初步形成了高校网络教育办学体系。在新的历史时期,教育技术工作者要进一步明确任务,积极推进教育技术学理论本土化,努力探索教育信息化的理论、体制和机制的创新,构建具有中国特色的教育技术学派与理论体系;要充分发挥现代信息技术在提高教育教学质量,培养创新型人才,推进教育均衡发展,构建终身学习体系和学习型社会等方面的作用。

In the past 30 years of the reform and opening up, educational technology in China has seen great achievements, where the disciplinary specialty of educational technology has established the talent cultivation system with Chinese characteristics ;the diversified educational technology theory system has been taken preliminary shape; modern educational technique experimental research has gone for integrated, comprehensive, extensive and deep development; the ＂National Standards on K-12 Teachers＇ Competence of Educational Technology （Trial）＂ has been formulated to promote the teachers＇ professional development; the Project on Modern Distance Education in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools has been basically completed to successfully improve the quality and efficiency of rural education; the distance training for K-12 teachers has been actively carried out to promote the innovation of teacher education; and the colleges and universities＇ online education system with Chinese characteristics has been initially formed. In the new historical period, educational technological workers should further clarify the tasks, actively push forward the localization of educational technology theory, try to explore the theory, system and mechanism innovation of educational information, and construct the educational technology schools and theory system with Chinese characteristics. The role of modern information technology in improving educational teaching quality, cultivating innovative talents, pushing forward educational balanced development, and constructing lifelong learning system and learning-oriented society, should be developed fully.
