ith the inductance couple plasma spectrum(ICPS),the adsorption of Cr3+、Cd2+、Pb2+、Fe3+ on cholesterol were examined by setting various concentration,acidity,and temperature.The feature of three ions was displayed under physiological condition.That is,there are some stronger interactions between the metal and cholesterol at 37℃ and pH=7.The interaction,compared to the report of medical research,provided a good explanstion for the interrelation of Biometals with atherosclerosis.
