おhe difficulties of the application of the traditional ellisometry are not easy to find a suitable model for different system and very complicate in calculation.The authors have suggested a new function “Optical tracking rate (vop)” to get over these difficulties,and also have done some work on quantitative analysis of Cu、Ni、Ag and MnO2 through the ellipsometry with vop and Combined with electrochemical stripping successfully.This paper reports the quantitative analysis of Cu and Ag in a same solution simultaneously.The experimental results indicated that the relative average deviation of this new approach is better than the electrochemical stripping.
