高职商务型电子商务专业学生职业能力培养探索与实践

On Business Ability Training for the Students Majoring in E-commerce of Higher Vocational College

电子商务的快速发展为电子商务专业人才的培养带来契机,各高职院校纷纷设立电子商务专业。但电子商务专业人才的就业率却不高。笔者运用VOCSCUM方法对电子商务专业目标定位及职业能力培养进行详细分析,并根据自身专业建设实际对高职商务型电子商务专业人才职业能力培养的途径与方法进行了有益的探索和实践。

The rapid development of electronic commerce brings the turning point for the electronic commerce professional talents＇training, so the higher vocational colleges and universities set up the electronic commerce specialty in abundance. However, the employment rate of students majoring in e - commerce is not actually high. The author, using the VOCSCUM method, carries on the detailed analysis to the electrortic commerce specialized localization of target and the professional ability training, and conducts a beneficial exploration and practice on the business ability training way and method of professional talents of higher vocational college students majoring in e -commerce according to the author＇s personal specialized construction practice.
