碳酸利多卡因应用于低位硬膜外麻醉中的药效分析

目的:分析碳酸利多卡因应用于临床麻醉中的阻滞作用。方法:将40例阑尾切除术病人随机分为A、B两组,每组20例,A组局麻药选择2%盐酸利多卡因,B组选1.73%碳酸利多卡因。围手术期监测两组病人的麻醉起效时间、阻滞完善时间、血压、心率等项目。结果:B组麻醉起效时间、阻滞完善时间均优于A组(P<0.01);其余项目无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:临床麻醉(硬膜外麻醉)使用碳酸利多卡因,麻醉效果满意,但要注意其毒副作用。

Objective：Studing the stoppage effect of carbonic acid lidocaine used in clinical anesthesia.Methods：Forty cases with resection operation on Appendix were divided randomly into two groups ： group A and group B, twenty cases in each group. Group A were applied with lidoeaine hydroebloride （2%）, Group B were applied with carbonic acid lidocaine （1.73%）.During the perioperation, all cases were monitored by the time of Anaesth react starting, the time of stoppaging fully, blood pressure, heart rate, and so on. Results： Both the time of Anaesth react starting and the time of stoppaging fully in group B were superior to which in group A （P 〈0.01）, but the blood pressure and heart rate have not significant deviation in both groups （P 〉0.05）. Conchision：Tbe stoppage effect of carbonic acid lidocaine usedin clinical anesthesia （epidural anesthesia） was satisfied, but its side effect must be taken notice of at the same time.
