支架在直肠癌患者膝胸卧位放疗中的应用价值 被引量：1

摘要 直肠癌患者行膝胸卧位放疗时，一般是由放疗技师在医生的指导下摆好患者的体位，从而进行模拟定位和放射治疗。国内目前由于髋关节和膝关节没有固定器固定，大部分患者的耐受性差，因而模拟定位时的体位和每次放疗时的体位难以一致，放疗时体位的稳定性也较差，这不可避免地要影响放疗效果。针对这一现状，本课题组研制了对膝胸卧位起支持固定作用的支架，现就其在直肠癌患者膝胸卧位放疗中的应用价值报告如下：
