摘要
将枸杞子所含糖类进行了研究。对单糖、低聚糖研究结果表明,枸杞子中含有果糖、葡萄糖、木糖三种游离单糖和蔗糖一种双糖,其含量分别为749%、573%、043%和560%,并首次分离得到一种由三分子葡萄糖与一分子鼠李糖组成的低聚四糖。同时也测定了枸杞子中各类多糖的含量。
Saccharides in fruits of Lycium chinense was studied. The results showed that fruit of Lycium chinense contains fructose, glucose, xylose, and sucrose at content of 7.49%,5.73%,0.43%,5.60%, respectively. An oligomeric te ̄trose, consisted of 3 glucosyl and 1 rhamnosyl group, was isolated and elucidated for the first time. Contents of various polysaccharides were also determined.
