刍议大学生“村官”在推进新农村建设中的积极作用

在今后相当长的一段时间内,解决"三农"问题,推进新农村建设,仍然是中央农村工作的重点。进入2009年,中央出台一号文件,在这份《中共中央国务院关于2009年促进农业稳定发展农民持续增收的若干意见》中,正式提出了"一村一名大学生"计划,要求不断完善大学生到农村任职的长效机制和政策措施。本文分析了"一村一名大学生"计划的产生,并论述了大学生"村官"在推动新农村建设方面发挥的积极作用。
