摘要
在内径为148mm的振动圆柱形流化床中研究焦或渣与介质混合物的轴向浓度与分离/混合程度,考察了振动参数、床层高度和流化气速对分离效率的影响,得出床层高度比较高时,有利于焦或渣在介质中分离的结果和较佳的分离操作范围,为获得细粒焦渣混合物的充分分离奠定了基础。
The axial concentration distributions and segregation efficiency of binary mixture in vibrated densemedia fluidized bed were investigated All the experiments were carried out in a 148mm I D vitrated fluidized bed with binary particles of fine coke or slag and different dense media The effects of vibration acceleration, bed height and fluidization velocity on segregation efficiency were discussed segregation efficiency of coke and slag was increased and a better operating condition was also obtained in a deeper bed (200mm)
