磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害疗效观察

Observes on the Curative Effect of Sodium Phosphocreatine in the Treatment of Anoxia Ischemic Mycardial Damage in Neonate

目的观察磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害的疗效。方法将59例新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害的患儿随机分为治疗组29例,对照组30例。两组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,治疗组给予静脉滴注磷酸肌酸钠,1.0g/次,1次/d,5～7d为1个疗程,观察两组患儿治疗前后症状、体征以及心电图、心肌酶谱的变化。结果治疗组的总有效率为93.1%,明显高于对照组的76.4%,治疗组与对照组治疗后心肌酶谱比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害疗效显著、安全有效。

Objective To obseve the effect of creatine phosphate sodium（CP） in the treatment of anoxia ischemic mycardial Injures in neonates. Methods 59 neonates with ischemia - hypoxia myocardial damage were randomly divded into treatment group （ n = 29） amd control group （ n = 30）. All the neonatea were treated with conventional therapy, and on this basis, the treatment group were given with CP inrtravenously, 1.0 g every time,once a day and 5 -7 days as a course. The changed of symptoms, physical signs, elechtrocardionram,and myocardial enzymogram were observed during the treatment. Results The total effective rate was 93.1% in the treatment group and 76.4% in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. there is significant difference between the two groups on the myocardial enzymogram. Conclusion CP has notable curative effect in the the treament of neonatal hypoxic ischemic myocardial damage, and is safe and effective.
