趋化因子受体CXCR4在肺癌及转移淋巴结中的表达及其意义 被引量:1

Expression and Clinical Significance of Chemokine Receptor CXCR4 in Lung Cancer and Its Corresponding Lymph Node Metastasis

摘要 目的探讨肺癌原发灶及淋巴结转移灶中趋化因子受体CXCR4的表达特点及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法对115例肺癌手术切除标本及59例淋巴结转移灶和20例癌旁正常肺组织采用免疫组化法检测CXCR4表达。结果CXCR4在52.2%(60/115)肺癌组织中呈阳性表达,20例癌旁正常组织中仅2例表达(10.0%)。59例肺癌原发灶和淋巴结转移灶中CXCR4高表达的阳性率分别为84.7%(50/59)和83.1%(49/59),两部位CXCR4表达具有较高的同源性。CXCR4的表达与肺癌患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分化程度和组织学类型无关(P>0.05),而与肺癌患者的临床分期及有无淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.01)。结论CXCR4表达与肺癌淋巴结转移密切相关,CXCR4在肺癌原发灶及转移淋巴结中的表达具有较高的同源性。CXCR4的表达对指导手术方式的选择及非手术治疗选择靶点具有指导价值。 Objective To investigate the expression of chemokine receptor CXCR4 in human lung carncer and its corresponding lymph node metastasis and the relations with clinical significance. Methods The expression of CXCR4 was tested by immunohisto- chemical method in 115 cases of lung carcinoma specimens, 59 cases corresponding lymph node metastasis and 20 cases of perican- cerous normal lung specimens. Results CXCR4 expression was positively expressed in 52.2% (60115) of the patients. But in 20 normal lung specimens, there were only 2 positive cases. The high expression rate of CXCR4 in 59 cases of lung primary lesions and corresponding lymph node metastases was 84.7% (5059)and 83.1% (4959)respectively. There is a homogenesous expression of CXCR4 in the primary lesions and metastasic lymph node. Expression of CXCR4 was relevant to lymph node status and clinical stage( P 〈 0.01 ), but not to age difference, gender, tumor size, differentiation scale of tumor and histologic type. Conclusion The expression of CXCR4 is closely correlated to lymph node metastasis of lung carcinoma and clinical stages. In most of the meta- static positive cases, there is a homogeneous expression of CXCR4 in the primary lesions and metastasic lymph node. Evalution of the CXCR4 expression seems to have some directive values to the selection of surgical treatment and selection of targets in terms of nonsurgical therapy.
