摘要
目前国内新型干法窑外分解水泥熟料生产工艺、技术装备和系统控制已趋于成熟,窑系统产量大幅度提高,相关的斜度、转速、装机功率、窑内物料负荷率以及物料在窑内停留时间等设计参数得到了逐步优化。笔者采集一些最新实际生产数据,对Ф3.8m(Ф3.3m),Ф4.0m,Ф4.8m和Ф6.0m四种回转窑的各技术与结构参数的合理设计,以及这些参数对窑系统的产量和能耗的影响进行了详实的统计、比对和分析。在此基础上,作者提出"大斜度、小长径比"的节能新型窑型的设计理念。
At present, the process, equipment and system control of the new dry process cement production come to maturity, output of the kiln system is greatly increased and the ralevant parameters as inclination, rotary speed, power, material load rate and residence time are optimized step by step. The author collected some real up to date production data of Ф3.8 m(Ф3.3 m),Ф4.0m, Ф4.8 m and Ф6.0 m rotary kiln, according to which, analysed the influence of every parameter on the output and enery consumption of the rotary kiln, then the author put forward the design idea of "great inclination and little L/D ratio" of saving energy kiln.
