Optimizing Industrial & Enterprise Structure to Enhance the Core Competitive Capabilities——Study on Transformation and Upgrade of Zhejiang's Industry

改革开放以来,浙江逐渐发展形成了"轻、小、民、加"的产业结构特点和竞争优势,但也相应带来"低、小、散、弱"的问题。站在新的历史起点,浙江要顺应发展阶段的新变化,加快推进经济转型升级,必须改变原有的发展路径,以发展"重、大、国、高"来优化和提升"轻、小、民、加",再创浙江发展的新模式和新优势。

Since 1978,Zhejiang has been one of the most advanced provinces in China with the better competitive capabilities.The economic prosperity is due to Zhejiang's light,small scale and process-oriented industrial structure which is mostly run by private enterprises.This kind of industrial structure has leaded to more and more problems in recent years with the change of the external environment for Zhejiang 's economic growth.The future development planning for Zhejiang's industrial structure is urgent to strengthen and upgrade Zhejiang's advantage,including more heavy industry,larger scale factories,state-owned enterprises and high-tech industrial cluster.
