摘要
用单扫示波极谱法,柚皮甙在0.1mol/LKH2PO4中(pH=4.60)有一灵敏的二阶导数峰,峰电位为-1.43V(vs.SCE),峰电流与浓度在0.1~2.8mg/L和3.0~42mg/L范围内有良好线性关系,检出限为0.06mg/L.应用本法测定了生药枳壳中总黄酮含量,结果令人满意.实验证明柚皮甙的电极反应机理为双电子不可逆过程.此外,还证明了H2O2和·OH自由基可催化该还原峰,讨论了柚皮甙对超氧自由基O·-2的清除作用.
Naringin shows a second-order derivative reduction wave with the peak potential of -1.43V(vs. SCE) by single sweep oscillopolarograghy,in 0.1mol/L KH_2PO_4 solution . The peak height of Naringin is proportional to the concentration in the range of 0.1 - 2.8 mg/L and 3.0 - 42 mg/L respectively, and the detection limit is 0.06 mg/L. It can be employed for the determination of total flavonoids in Citrus aurantium with satisfaction. The experimental results prove that the electrode reaction of Naringin is irreversible two electrons process. The reductive wave can be catalyzed by hydrogen peroxide and hydroxyl radical. In addition ,it is discussed that naringin can scavenge superoxide anion radical(O ·- 2) produced by the autoxidation of pyrogallol.
