摘要
报道了4,5-二溴-2,3,7-三羟基-9-洋茉莉基-6-荧光酮(简称DBPIF)的合成及光度法测定土壤中有效钼.结果表明,在pH3.0~4.0弱酸性介质中Mo(Ⅵ)-DBPIF-CPC形成1∶1∶1的三元配合物,配合物最大吸收为541.5nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为8.1×104L·mol-1·cm-1,MoO2-4浓度在0~15μg/25mL范围内遵守朗伯-比耳定律.方法用于土壤中Mo的测定,获得较好结果.
The thesis has reported the synthesis of 4,5 Di Bromine 2,3,7 Trihydroxy 9 Piperonal 6 Fluorone(DBPIF) and the application in determining valid Mo(Ⅵ) of soil with spectrophotometry. The experiment indicates that Mo(Ⅵ) DBPIF CPC forms 1∶1∶1 ternary complex. The maximum absorption wavelength λ max is 541.5 nm and the molar absorption coefficient is 8.1×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . The method is satisfactory for determining the Mo in soil.
