闭管回流-分光光度法测定水样COD影响因素的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用闭管回流-分光光度法测定水样的化学需氧量,研究了测试条件对测定结果的影响,结果表明最佳消解解温度为150℃,最佳消解时间为120min。与标准方法比较,该方法的准确度高,标准偏差在0%-2.0%,可用于环境监测中的水体COD分析。 The closed reflux - spectrophotometric method was used to determine COD. The influences of testing conditions on results were studied. The results show that the best reflux temperature is 150 ℃ , digesting time is 120 min. Comparing with the standard method, the standard deviation of this method is between 0% and 2.0%. The method has good accuracy and can be used to determine COD in polluted water for environmental monitoring.
