摘要
建立HPLC方法测定马来酸氯苯那敏中间体CPA(以下简称CPA)的含量。采用迪马Diamonsil(TM)C18(5μm×4.6mm×250mm)色谱柱;w(乙腈):w(甲醇):w(四氢呋喃):w(水)=(27:8:5:60)(pH=3.5)为流动相,流速为1.2mL/min,检测波长为254nm,进样体积为20μL。结果显示:CPA的进样量在0—10.12μg范围内与主峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999。平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.23%(n=9)。该方法简便、灵敏、准确度高,适用于CPA的含量测定。
HPLC methods for the determination of CPA was established. Diamonsil(TM)C18 (5 μm ×4.6 mm×200 mm) was used, and the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile - methanol - tetrahydrofuran - water ( pH 3.5 ) (27: 8:5: 60). The detection wavelength was at 254 nm with the flow rate of 1.2 mL/min. The results show the linear range is 0 - 10. 12 μg for CPA. r = 0.999 9. The average recoveries of CPA are 99.4% , RSD = 0.23% (n = 9). This method is rapid, simple and accurate.
