Safety Measure for Blocking Leakage of Petrochemical Equipments and Pipelines Under Pressure

由于各种原因所引起的多种设备和管道腐蚀现象的发生,会导致水蒸气等工艺介质渗入,降低产品质量和产量,甚至会切断正在运行的设备管路,造成高额的设备维护费用。根据石化系统的生产特点及有关规定,结合实际情况,提出了各种情况下的堵漏安全措施。

The corrosion of equipments and pipelines often occurs because of various masons ,which can lead to leakage, so quality and output of products decrease, even framing equipments and pipelines have to be cut, which will cause high maintenance cost. In this paper, based on production characteristics of petrochemical system and actual conditions, safety measure for blocking leakage under various conditions was put forward.
