摘要
提出了一个简便测定微量镉的灵敏的示波极谱法,在pH=4.0的HAc和少量非离子型表面活性剂存在下,Cd(Ⅱ)产生一灵敏的极谱波,峰电位为-0.67V,线性范围为2.0×10-8mol/L~4.9×10-6mol/L,检出限为5.6×10-9mol/L.该法用于废水样及发样的测定。
The single sweep polarographic wave of Cadmium(Ⅱ) was studied. Its peak potential was -0.67V(vs. SCE) under optimum determination conditions of HAc (pH 3.98 ) and 0.0012% TX 100, the changes of peak height with the concentration of Cadmium(Ⅱ) are linear in the range of 2.0×10 -8 --4.9×10 -6 mol/L, and the determination limit is 5.6 ×10 -9 mol/L. The method proposed is applied to the determination of trace Cadmium in the waste water and human hair.
