祥云县2005年～2008年艾滋病疫情态势分析

Xiangyun HIV Epidemic from 2005 to 2008

[目的]通过对祥云县近4年的艾滋病疫情态势分析,总结祥云县近几年艾滋病流行趋势及规律,为艾滋病综合防治工作的开展提供参考性意见和建议。[方法]收集艾滋病疫情监测、检测相关资料,统计分析得出结论。[结果]祥云县自1995年首次在吸毒人群中检出5例艾滋病病毒感染者后,至2008年9月,共检出感染者504例。[结论]祥云县艾滋病疫情态势严峻,经性途径传播比例逐年上升。有针对性地加大监测、检测覆盖面,加强宣传、培训等高危行为干预力度,是控制艾滋病疫情扩散和蔓延的有效措施。

Objective By analyzing the HIV epidemic situation for 4 years in Xiangyu County, to get the reference for the future work. Methods Collecting the 4-year＇s data of the HIV epidemic in Xiangyun County, involving the surveillance and testing, and analyzing them. Results Since the first 5 cases were tested HIV positive in injecting drug users, the total 504 cases were reported until Sep 2008. Conclusion The HIV epidemic is serious in Xiangyun and the sex transmission is increasing. The effective measures to control the epidemic expansion are to increase the surveillance and testing coverage and to strengthen public education, training and intervention for high-risk behaviors.
