农村金融是现代农村经济的核心。农村金融资源作为社会经济资源的重要组成部分之一,在推动农村经济发展的过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。由于农村金融资源具有稀缺性,因此,必须对农村金融资源优化配置。在分析农村金融资源配置中存在的主要问题的基础上,探讨了新形势下促进农村金融资源优化配置的思路对策。

Rural finance is the core of modern rural economies, and rural financial resources are the most important part of rural social and economic resources system. They play more and more important role in boosting rural economy development. Rural financial resources must be optimized as they are the rarest. This paper analyses the problems in rural finance resources allocation. The paper discusses some thinking and countermeasures for the promotion of the rural finance resources optimization in new Era.
