摘要
目的:了解2007年血培养中常见病原菌的分布与耐药情况,为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法:采用美国BD公司BACTEC9050进行血液培养,美国Walkaway96全自动微生物分析仪进行微生物鉴定和药敏实验。结果:1129份血培养标本中,分离出病原菌172株,阳性率为15.2%。主要病原菌有凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、屎肠球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌。结论:血培养病原菌出现多耐药鲍曼不动杆菌;ESBLs菌株检出率升高,真菌感染病例增加。
Objective: To study the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in blood culture in 2007 for the rational use of antibiotics in clinical practice. Methods:BACTEC9050 (BD Company, USA) was used to culture blood from patients in our hospital. The Walkaway 96 automatic microorganism analyzer (USA) was used to identify species and test the sensitivity of antibiotics. Results : A total of 172 pathogenic bacterial strains were isolated from 1 129 blood samples. The positive rate was 15.2%. Gram-positive cocci, Gram-negative bacilli and fungi accounted for 45.9% , 43.6%, and 10.5%, respectively. The main pathogenic bacteria were CNS, E. coli, E. faecalim, and K. pneumoniae. Staphylococci and enterocci were not resistant to vancomycin. ESBL produced 37.9% of E. coli and 25.0% of K. pneumoniae. Six pathogenic strains had multi drugresistance to A. baumannii. Conclusion: muhidrug-resistance to A. baumannii occurs in blood culture. ESBL - produced strains and cases infected with fungi increase.
