摘要 目的:通过推行绩效管理的探索与实践,提升医院的保障能力和服务水平。方法:采用北京军区251医院12年、军区总院8年及全区医院6年部分卫生信息统计数据分析绩效管理效果。结果:实行绩效管理前后,平均门诊量、出院人数、医疗收益、设备总值:251医院年增长分别为15.49%、51.92%、286.70%、176.35%,平均住院日每年缩短6.5d;军区总院年增长分别为110.05%、71.35%、224.73%、102.66%,平均住院日每年缩短3.52d;全区医院年增长分别为50.55%、43.64%、128.18%、52.14%,平均住院日每年缩短0.62d。结论:通过实施绩效管理,全区各医院社会效益、军事效益、经济效益、卫勤保障能力均明显提高。 Objective: To report the exploration and practice of performance management in hospitals of Beijing Military Area Command in order to improve their comprehensive strength, support capacity, and medical service level. Methods: Statistical data on health information of 251 Hospital ( 12 years ), General Hospital of Beijing Military Area Command ( 8 years ), and hospitals of Beijing Military Area Command ( 6 years ) were analyzed using SPSS software 13.0. The data were expressed as mean ± s. Results: A significant difference was found in outpatients, discharged patients, medical income, total equipment value and mean hospital stay before and after performance management among the hospitals ( P〈0.01, P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion: Performance management can significantly improve the social returns, military and economic benefits, and medical supporting capacity.
