地震卫生应急保障满意度调查及对策

Satisfaction survey for health emergency support after the earthquake and its countermeasures

根据江苏省卫生厅赈灾工作部署及任务分工,江苏省疾病预防控制中心承担了全省卫生防病系统和部分医疗单位等赴川救灾防病的应急保障工作。在保障工作中,及时组织协调了18个卫生防病小分队,共201名专业人员赴川救灾防病,为队员配置办公物资、个人生活物资及用于灾区开展卫生防病、监测所需的药械、仪器和设备,保证了灾区救灾防病工作的顺利开展。调查访谈显示救援队员对应急保障工作满意度较高。建议:强化应急保障常态管理,提高远程应对能力和现代化处置水平。

Jiangsu emergency response security work for the quake relief in Sichuan was carried out by Jiangsu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, which deployed by Health Ministry and Jiangsu Province Health Department. A total 201 prefessional health workers, who combined of 18 health and epidemic prevention teams, enrolled quake relief efforts in Sichuan. They equipped with appliance, daily needs, medicine and instruments which used for surveillance and diseases prevention campaign, so as to make the performances of quake relief and diseases prevention smoothly. Rescue teams have achieved a higher satisfaction with emergency response security work in the quake relief of Sichuan by survey and interviews to people in the quake zone. In all, it was suggested that regnlar administration of emergency response security should be strengthened and capability of long distance aid as well as handling of emergency response with modem means should be raised.
