摘要
目的探讨绩效考核法在儿科护理管理中的应用,提高护理工作质量。方法合理设置绩效考核指标体系;成立考核小组,明确相应职责;加强教育宣传,培育实施环境;强化规范考核,提高考核质量;着眼工作质量,构建长效机制。结果护理工作质量明显提高;同时促进了护理人员综合素质能力的提高,促进了科室和谐关系构建,促进了护理管理工作效能的大幅提高。结论护理质量的高低与护理管理的方法密不可分,绩效考核法必须结合本科室的护理工作实际来运用,并不断改进完善。
Objective To investigate the application of performance evaluation in the management of pediatric nursing, so as to improve the quality of nursing. Methods The following measures were used, including reasonably setting up the index system of performance evaluation, establishing the evaluation group, determining the corresponding responsibilities, strengthing education and propaganda, building proper environment, intensifying standard check, improving evaluation quality, focusing on nursing quality and setting up long term feedback system. Results The nursing quality was improved, comprehensive capability of nurses was elevated, unity and harmony of nurses among all the departments was improved, and the work efficiency of nursing management was improved dramatically. Conclusions Efficacy of nursing is highly associated with nursing management. Performance evaluation system should be applied in combination with the actual status of current nursing in the department and be improved continuously.
