摘要
将红叶石楠2个品种‘鲁班’和‘红罗宾’置于-20℃低温下分别处理2 h3、h、4 h5、h、6 h8、h后,采用立即测定与回温测定2种方法测定红叶石楠2个品种的耐寒性,并比较2种方法之间的差异性。结果表明:①随着低温处理时间的延长,2个品种的电导率与超氧物歧化酶(SOD)都呈现上升趋势;②立即测定与回温后测定方法之间差异不显著;③低温处理后2个品种试验苗均生长良好。表明,红叶石楠2个品种能耐-20℃的低温。
These two varieties of Photinia glabra 'Rubens' and P. glabra × fraseri 'Red robin' were treated under -20℃ for 2 h, 3 h, 4 h, 5 h, 6 h, 8 h , then were tested immediately and tested after thaw. This paper took the two ways to determine cold tolerance of them. The difference between the 2 ways was compared. The results showed: (1)The change of electric conductivity and superoxide dismutase (SOD) assumed an ascending tendency with the freeze temperature treatment time extending. (2)The otherness of two testing ways was inapparent. (3)The growth of two varieties was fine, and 2 samples were growing finely. It showed that 2 varieties could endure the freeze temperature (-20℃).
