摘要
阐述了利用旋涡炉旋风燃烧技术处理竖罐蒸馏炼锌残渣的工艺和生产实践。该工艺充分利用残渣中的碳,回收残渣中的有价金属,提高了锌冶炼回收率,为旋涡炉炼残渣工业化生产及进行各种冶金试验提供了新途径。
A method of craftwork and production about erect pot distil-lation for smelted zinc residual disposed by a technic of cylone burningin a vortex furnace was introduced.The recovery of smelted zinc wasimproved.A new routeto industrialized production of smelted residualin the vortex furnace and various metallurgy tests was provided.
