摘要
本文研究了BiNbO4掺杂对钛酸钡陶瓷居里点移动及微观性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着BiNbO4掺杂量的增加,钛酸钡陶瓷的四方率单调下降,而居里点先降低后升高,居里点的变化与陶瓷的微观应力变化一致。BiNbO4掺杂在0%-2%范围内时,能有效抑制BaTiO3陶瓷晶粒的生长,有助于陶瓷烧结的致密化,但过分掺杂会使陶瓷晶粒间气孔率增加,并产生第二相。
The influences of BiNbO4 on the shift of Curie point as well as structural and micro - structural properties of BaTiO3 - based ceramics have been investigated. The experiment results showed that the tetragonality declined gradually with increasing BiNbO4, while the Curie point initially reduced, minimized at 123℃, and then increased. The variation of Curie point agreed with the change of microstrain value. When the content of BiNbO4 is in the range of 0 - 2 wt%, the grain growth was retarded, which was propitious to the densification of samples. However, excessive addition of BiNbO4 would produce a secondary phase and increase the porosity.
