摘要
本文综述了不锈钢晶间腐蚀的各种测试方法(包括化学浸蚀和电化学方法)原理、发展情况及适用范围,可以看出,不锈钢晶间腐蚀试验各方法存在一定的应用范围和优缺点;化学浸蚀法耗时长、且是破坏性的,但应用较成熟,国内外都有对应的参照标准;电化学法快速、无损,易适用于现场检验,在实际试验中应根据试验的目的选用合适的试验方法。
The principles,development and application of various intergranular corrosion tests for stainless steels were reviewed. The relative merits of these tests are compared. Chemical etching test is time consuming and destructive, but easy to master and standardized. Electrochemical test is fast, nondestructive and suited for pop - testing. Therefore, it is important to select suitable testing methods.
