摘要
研究了新显色剂2-羧基-4-溴苯重氮氨基-4-苯基-2-噻唑与铂显色反应。在混合表面活性剂TritonX-100和SDS存在下,于pH7.0的磷酸盐缓冲介质中,铂(Ⅳ)与该试剂形成1∶2的红色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于510nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=5.9×105L·mol-1·cm-1,铂量在0.01~2.0mg/25L范围内符合比尔定律,用于催化剂中铂的测定,结果满意。
In this paper ,the coluor reaction of platinum(Ⅳ) with 2-carboxyl-4-bromobenzene diazoamino-4-benz-2-thiazole (CBPDAPT) has been studied.In the presence of Triton X100 and SDS and at pH7.0 phosphate buffer medium,platinum(Ⅳ) reacts with CBPDAPT to form a red complex with the molar ratio of 1∶2.The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is at 510nm,and molar absorptivity is 5.9×105L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer's law is obeyed for 0.01~20mg/25L.The method has been applied to the determination of platinum in catalyst with satisfactory result.
