FPSO典型焊接接头残余应力释放数值预报

A prediction formula of residual stress relaxation for typical weld joints of FPSOs

摘要 浮式生产储油卸油船(FPSO)经历满载和卸载,油船试验和多变的波浪载荷,此时结构中较高的初始残余应力常常已被释放,很大程度上影响了此类结构疲劳强度估算准确性。应用三维弹塑性有限元方法模拟FPSO典型焊接接头的残余应力释放,并用试验数据进行验证。对结构在变幅循环载荷下的残余应力释放进行研究,得到相关的残余应力释放预报公式。从而为提高FPSO在实际载况下疲劳强度估算准确性提供有价值参考。 FPSOs often experience overall loading and offloading, oil tanker tests and various wave-induced loads, and high initial residual stresses are expected to cause the residual stresses relaxations, which affect the accuracy of fatigue strength calculation of these typical struc- tures to a great degree. Hence, in the paper, the residual stress relaxation of the typical weld joints of ~ is simulated with 3-D elastic- plastic finite element analysis; moreover, it is validated through experimental data. Mterwards, the residual stress relaxations under variable amplitude cyclic loadings are studied, and a relative prediction formula for residual stress relaxation is obtained. Consequently, some valuable references for better improving fatigue strength estimation of FPSOs under practical loading conditions are offered.
