湖北三峡移民社会适应性的调查及其思考

Investigation into Hubei Three Gorges Migrants'v Adaptability to Society and its Reflection

通过采用自制的"社会适应调查问卷",对湖北省内三峡移民的社会适应性状况进行现场调查,发现所调查的移民总体的社会适应性是良好和正常的,只是极少移民存在一定程度的社会适应问题,同时发现在自然与人际环境、生活习俗以及劳动方式等具体内容的适应方面,存在一些显著差异。因此,应该重视三峡移民在社会适应性方面存在的差异性,尤其应该重视帮助那些社会适应性较差的三峡移民克服社会适应方面存在的困难,促使其更好地融入当地社会。

This research investigates the situation of Hubei Three Gorges Migrants＇ social adaptability by using a selfdisigned social adaptability questionaire. It＇s found that most of the investigated migrants demonstrate very good and normal social adaptability. Only a small number a certain extent. The result shows marked difference of migrants have something wrong with their social adaptability to in some specific adaptability such as natural and interpersonal environment, living customs and laboring mode. So great importance should be attached to the difference in social adaptability among the Three Gorges migrants, especially to those migrants whose social adaptability is low. Guidance should be given to help them get over the difficulities and to make them adapt to the local society and environment. So we should pay more attentions on the differences among different migrations, especially the people whose social bilities are worse, to help them get over the difficulties and make them live happily in social.
