摘要
β-三氯锗取代丙酰氯1a~1c与(R)TTCA酯反应,得到光学活性的(R)-N-(β-三氯锗取代丙酰基)TTCA酯3a~3d[α]_D^(20)-86.00~-94.35°)及光学活性的β-三氯锗取代丙酰氯2a~2d。化合物3a~3d经水解得到(R)-N-(β-取代丙酰基)TTCA酯基锗倍半氧化物4a~4d,[α]_D^(20)-44.48~-77.00°。用半经验量子化学MNDO方法研究了反应物和产物最优构型的电子结构及反应的焓变。
The (R) - N - (B- trichlorogermyl substituted propionyl)thiazolidine - 2 - thione - 4 - carboxylic acid ethers [(R) - N - (B- trichlorogermyl substituted propionyl)TTCA ethers]3a~
3d, [a]20D-86.00-- 94.35 and optically active B- trichlorogermyl substituted propionyl chloride 2a
--2d were synthesized by the reaction of trichlorogermyl substituted propionyl chloride with (R) -thiazolidine - 2 - thione - 4 - carboxylic acid ethers [ ( R )TTCA ethers]. The (R ) - N - (substituted propionyl thiazolidine - 2 - thione - 4 - alkyloxycarbonyl) germanium sesquioxides 4a^4d, [a]20D
- 44.48--77.00 were obtained by the hydrolysis of compounds 3a^3d. The electronic structure of
reactants and products have been studied by quantum chemisty MNDO method. Reactive enthalpy H have been obtained.
