This paper classifies daily maintenance and repair items in wastewater treatment plant, and analyzes the hazards of different kinds of maintenance and repair work. It integrates the different kinds of work instruction into the work permit, formalizes risk assessment and implements the risk reduction measures. All of these are helpful for the deep HSE management of daily maintenanee and repair work.
