摘要
文章采用仿真软件PSIM6.0对ZJ70D电动钻机电网供电进行了仿真分析,分析表明变电站600V母线电压波形上的振荡是变压器漏感和滤波电容、晶闸管的寄生电容或电路上的分布电容的串联谐振引起的,据此提出了通过减小变压器漏感和加大滤波电容、加大谐振回路上的电感和电阻等措施来有效减小振荡。
The simulation software PSIM 6.0 was applied to analyze the ZJ70D electric drilling machine powered by electric network at SK1 oil well. The results showed that the 600 V bus voltage waveform oscillation in the transformer substation was caused by series resonance of leakage induction and filter capacitance, thyristor stray capacitance or circuit distributed capacitance. Hereby the corresponding measures such as decreasing transformer leakage induction and increasing filter capacitance as well as increasing inductance and resistance of resonance loop were adopted for effectively reducing the circuit oscillation.
