摘要
对海洋石油海底单层钢管保温(也称单层保温管)新产品的试制与使用情况进行了介绍;阐述了为提高海底单层钢管保温产品各层间的抗剪切力,使钢管、防腐层、聚氨酯保温层、聚乙烯夹克防护层和混凝土配重层五者结合成为一个紧密的整体而采取的措施和效果;总结了影响施工质量的关键技术要点;并就目前单层钢管保温产品结构参数选定提出了参考意见。
This paper introduces the trial-produce and application of new thermal insulation products for CNOOC marine pipelines with single steel wall, describes the measures to combine the steel, anticorrosion coating, polyurethane thermal insulation layer, polyethene jacket protection layer and concrete weighted layer into an integrated compact structure and the effectiveness, summarizes the key technical points affecting construction quality, and brings forward some opinions on determining the structural parameters of present thermal insulation products for single steel wall pipes.
