摘要
本文采用以叔胺N7301为流动载体、span80为表面活性剂、煤油为膜溶剂、EDTA作内相试剂的乳状液膜体系迁移分离钯(Ⅱ)。确证了其迁移机理。实验表明在所筛选出的适宜制乳及迁移分离等最佳条件下,96%以上的Pd(Ⅱ)迁入内相,并能有效地与Cu2+、Zn2+、Cd2+、Pb2+、Ni2+、Fe2+等离子分离。
The transport and separation of Pd(Ⅱ) with emulsion membrane are investigated. In this liquid membrane system, N 7301 (R 3N, R-C 8-12 , moleculare weight-400) is used as mobile carrier, spand 80 as surfactant, kerosene as solvent, and EDTA solution as inner phase. The transport mechanism is evidenced conclusively. The studies indicated that under the optimum experimental conditions more than 96% Pd(Ⅱ) is transported into inner phase and Pd(Ⅱ) can be separated from many co ions (Cu 2+ Zn 2+ Cd 2+ Pb 2+ Ni 2+ Fe 2+ ) effectively.
