摘要
文章阐述了对2000m3球罐使用两种不同的γ放射源(共计4根),在偏心的条件下进行全景曝光的检测过程。检测结果表明:底片的曝光质量良好,能够反映球罐的焊接质量。这次全景曝光检测是非标检测,但却获得了成功,这对球罐在特殊条件下进行非标检测,具有一定的参考价值。这一经验也可为500m3以下的钢制球罐的全景曝光检测提供参考。
Panoramic exposure for a 2 000 m3 spherical-tank has been taken by using two kinds of gamma rays from 4 gamma sources in eccentricity condition. The inspection results showed that film exposure quality was very well to reflect welding quality of the spherical tank. This non-standard inspection was successful and provided experience for similar tank inspection, including the steel spherical tanks of less than 500 m3 storage capacity.
