同种异体脱细胞真皮基质用于老年人牙槽骨再生修复的临床观察

The clinical observation of acellular dermis to repair alveolar cavity of the aged after teeth extraction

目的:评价同种异体脱细胞真皮基质(Acellular dermis)促进老年人拔牙后牙槽骨再生修复的临床效果。方法:采用同种脱细胞异体真皮基质充填在老年人因牙根折裂而行截根拔除术后的牙槽窝内。结果:2个月后拔牙窝基本平覆,可以进行联冠修复治疗,采用同种脱细胞异体真皮基质充填后的牙槽窝平覆速度明显快于未充填同种脱细胞异体真皮基质的牙槽窝。结论:采用同种脱细胞异体真皮基质充填可加快老年人拔牙后的牙槽窝的组织修复和愈合。

Objective： To observate the effects of acellular dermis repairing alveolar cavity on the aged after teeth extraction. Methods： 63 patients all more than 60 years old were divided into two groups. Acellular dermis was put into the cavities after extraction inmmediatily in experimental group, while no acellular dermis was used in the control group. Results： The alveolar cavities used acellular dermis after two months return to normal. They can be repaired with crown and bridge.The recoverage of tooth extraction wound in experimental group was more quickly than control group（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Application of acellular dermis after teeth extraction could shorten that the period of recoverage of the aged tooth extraction wound.
