精密附着体与套筒冠在肯氏Ⅲ类伴远端磨牙牙周炎时联合应用的体会 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨精密附着体与套筒冠在肯氏Ⅲ类伴远端磨牙牙周炎时联合应用的应用价值。方法:对24例肯氏Ⅲ类牙列缺损伴远端磨牙牙周炎的病例,运用精密附着体与套筒冠联合进行修复,观察远期效果。结果:患者感觉舒适美观,异物感少,而且对牙周炎患牙起到牙周夹板作用,改善其松动度,24颗牙周病基牙,21颗松动度得到较好的改善,X线片未见基牙根尖周病变及牙槽骨继续吸收。结论:精密附着体与套筒冠在肯氏Ⅲ类伴远端磨牙牙周炎联合应用是一种有效的方法。 Objective: To investigate the application of precision attachment combined with telescope denture in the treatment of Kennedy class Ⅲcomplicated with distal molar periodontitis. Methods: To restore 24 cases of Kennedy class Ⅲ dentition defect complicated with distal molar periodontitis with precision attachment and telescope denture, and observe the long term effect on these patients. Results: The patients feel the prosthesis comfortable and beautiful. Simultaneously this kind of treatment can work as periodontal splint to the periodontits and decrease the prosthetic mobility. The teeth mobility of 21 teeth out of 24 teeth with periodontitis was improved evidently. There is no teeth apical pathological lesion and alveolar bone continuous absorption are found in X-ray film after restoration. Conclusion: Application of precision attachment combined with telescope denture in the treatment of Kennedy class Ⅲ complicated with distal molar periodontitis is effective.
